The Company has signed the granting Agreement with Government of Andhra Pradesh on 4th September, 2010 and ready-made the financial closure for the Project on 1st March, 2011 in record six months. A consortium of 10 banks led by the State Bank of India has sanctioned the entire debt requirement of the project. This is the largest fund tie-up in India for a non-power infrastructure Public Private Partnership (PPP) project .the infrastructure development arm of Larsen of Toubro Ltd. The Company has inducted world class consultants for the execution of this prestigious Metro Rail Project. Some of the renowned consultants are Louis Berger, AECOM Feedback Ventures Consortium, Parsons Brinckerhoff, Halcrow, E&Y etc.The company will develop 18.5 million s.ft. of Transit-Oriented Development (TOD) and is expected to trigger robust economic activity in and around the city of Hyderabad and will generate substantial employment.

Nagole and Mettuguda:

Metro rail in hyderabad as a fully automation  through traffic system, but currently this under construction for the city Bhagyanagar.india .It is being carry out entirely on ppp mode with the govt holding minority equity stake.The Phase I of the project joind 3 lines covering a distance of around 71 km.
The metro rail stretches between Nagole and Mettuguda (8 km) and between Miyapur and S. R. Nagar (12 km) are targeted to be functional by March 2015.
In the of  September 2012, the Indian government has approved stage  II which is implied to start in 2013. It add around the 80 kilometers.Hyderabad Metro Rail project has been selected as one of the top 100 strategic global infrastructure projects to be showcased at the
forthcoming Global Infrastructure Leadership Forum being held in New York during February–March, 2013
